Cancellation
We accept order cancellations prior to product shipment or production. After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service to request an order modification or cancel your order. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order if the product has already shipped.

Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of delivery.
If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact us (sxiciren872@gmail.com). Customer service should be notified within 48 hours of receipt.
All returns must be unused and in the same condition as you received them, including all complimentary items, branded packaging and accompanying documentation, and must be sent in the original packaging, in the original condition, undamaged and not affecting resale.
Custom orders or personalized items are not entitled to a 14-day refund.
RETURN CHARGES.
We will cover the cost of return shipping if the return is due to us:You received a defective/incorrect/damaged item, etc.
If the return is caused by the consumer:you don’t like the product, or it is not a product quality issue that caused the return, then the shipping cost must be paid by the consumer.
No restocking fee will be charged to the consumer for returning or exchanging the product.
Return Steps.
You can return a product by following these steps.
Log in to your account. Find the order in My Orders and copy the order number. Send us an email(sxiciren872@gmail.com) to cancel the order
Contact Customer Service for a return label and the correct return address. (To avoid delayed refunds, returns must be shipped within 7 days of the return label being issued)
Fill out the paper return information.
Pack the freebies, branded packaging and slips that came with your order and contact the delivery company to make return arrangements.
Give the answer waybill document to send to the courier. To track the return of your order, please make a note of the waybill number.
We will confirm the package as soon as we receive the return.
Update the return and refund status within 7 business days. Refunds will be returned to your wallet or your original payment account.*Please note: reserves the right not to process a return if.

REFUNDS.
Once your return has been received and accepted by our partners, your refund will be done through the original method of payment, excluding shipping costs. We will keep you updated. You can track your package return with our carrier using the tracking number on the return label, or you can contact us via email to check the status of your order.
Faulty Items.
Our goal is to make sure that every item is in perfect condition and we want you to always be thrilled with your purchase. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, or does not exactly match the description on the site, please contact customer service within 48 hours. We will arrange for the return and processing of the defective item for a full refund.
How long does the return process take?
Processing your return may take up to 7 business days from the date we receive your return. Once your return has been processed, we will confirm this via email.
